Levering
AutoPerformance leverer til Danmark, Sverige, Norge samt øvrige EU-lande.
Leveringstiden afhænger af, om varen er på lager eller skal bestilles hjem fra producenten. Den forventede leveringstid vil fremgå af produktsiden eller oplyses efter bestilling.
Lagervarer
Varer på lager afsendes normalt inden for 1-3 hverdage efter modtaget betaling.
Bestillingsvarer
Mange af vores produkter er specialvarer eller bestilles hjem efter ordreafgivelse. Leveringstiden på disse varer kan variere afhængigt af producentens lagerstatus og transporttid.
Ved væsentlige forsinkelser vil kunden blive kontaktet hurtigst muligt.
Fragtpriser
Fragtomkostninger beregnes ved checkout og afhænger af leveringsland, fragtmetode og ordrestørrelse.
Forsendelse
Vi benytter anerkendte fragtfirmaer til levering af vores produkter. Når din ordre er afsendt, modtager du trackingoplysninger, hvis dette tilbydes af fragtfirmaet.
Risiko og ansvar
Risikoen for varen overgår til kunden ved levering.
Hvis emballagen er synligt beskadiget ved modtagelse, anbefaler vi, at du noterer dette over for transportøren og kontakter os hurtigst muligt.
Uafhentede pakker
Hvis en pakke ikke afhentes og returneres til os, forbeholder vi os retten til at opkræve de faktiske omkostninger forbundet med returfragten og eventuel genforsendelse.
Told og importafgifter
For leverancer uden for EU kan der pålægges told, moms og andre importafgifter i modtagerlandet. Disse omkostninger afholdes af kunden.

Shipping Policy (English)
Shipping
AutoPerformance ships to Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and other EU countries.
Delivery times depend on whether the item is in stock or needs to be ordered from the manufacturer. Estimated delivery times are displayed on the product page or communicated after the order has been placed.
In-Stock Products
Products in stock are normally shipped within 1-3 business days after payment has been received.
Special Order Products
Many of our products are custom or special-order items sourced specifically after an order has been placed. Delivery times for these products may vary depending on manufacturer availability and transit times.
Customers will be notified as soon as possible in the event of significant delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination country, shipping method, and order size.
Shipment Tracking
We use reputable shipping carriers for all deliveries. Tracking information will be provided when available from the selected carrier.
Risk and Responsibility
The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
If the package appears visibly damaged upon receipt, we recommend noting this with the carrier and contacting us as soon as possible.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the actual costs associated with the return shipment and any re-shipping fees.
Customs Duties and Import Charges
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and other import charges imposed by the destination country. Such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
