The cast aluminum end boxes of the charge air cooler were optimized using flow analyses in the CFD system to ensure outstanding cooling properties with minimal backpressure. Our kit EVO3 eliminates the original click connections and expands the connection diameters to Ø65mm at the inlet and Ø76mm at the outlet. Additionally, the kit includes reinforced silicone tubing and an aluminum charge air tube in Ø76mm.
